All poems are listed in Alphabetical Order

Almost Home

Not too far now
My journey is almost through.
Not much longer until
I return to you.
I've walked the path
I've fought the fight
The victory won, my life begun
And now the time has come.
I'm coming home, I'm on my way
To the place where I hold dear
To be in your arms where I belong
This time, I'm here to stay.
Have patience now, I'm almost there
Just a little further to go.
Just hang on a short, short while
I'm coming.
I'm almost home.

Croi Gan Eagla

When everything is so frightening,
And the future hold endless night;
When all around you give up and surrender,
You must have a Heart that cannot fear.
When all assailants and enemies surround you;
And your back is against the wall;
And it seems helpless to even try at all;
Find that secret strength inside you,
And tell your Heart to never fear!
Times will be tough, and the War long,
But find inside you that secret something
That will help you to be strong.
Lift up your head, and grasp your courage.
Let your Heart enrich your Mind.
Somewhere deep inside you is a strength
You have never known before;
A strength beyond your own.
Take courage now, and fight your battles!
Fear not, Brave and Blaze your way!
Your heart will never faik you,
And your night will turn to Day.
Search deep within yourself, and you will find
A spirit so fearless in Heart and Mind.
Just look ahead, and face your challenge,
And remember:
The only thing that will get you through
Is the Heart you had, but never knew:
Croi Gan Eagla.
A Heart Without Fear.

Just One Shot

This is it, a 'one-time-deal'.
The only chance you have
To make the Dream real.
No time to waste;
No excuses to make;
The Time is now.
If you fall, get up again.
If you hit a wall, knock it down.
Because, this is it!
Only one shot!
There is no middle-ground.
You can either
Return with honour,
Or return with shame.
Do all you can
To emerge the victor.
Life, and all that in there is,
Is once. Only once.
Do it now, and never again.
There is no 'next-time'.
No 'maybe someday'.
If you don't do it now,
You never will.
This is it! One, single chance!
Never faulter!
Run like there's no tomorrow.
Because there may never be.
This is it!
You get one chance!
but only one.

Now is the Time

Now is the time to shine;
To make the dream become alive;
To show the world what we can do,
And prove what they thought,
But never Knew
Now is the time
In our hearts and in our minds
To dal all we've ever dreamed to do.
And when the time has come,
And when our Journeys' through
We'll leave a legacy behind.
Now is the time to earn our place
Among the great ones of the past,
For life is too short, and time much too fast.
Now is the time
To prove to ourselves,
That it was well worth out while
To get up when we fell.
Now is the time to shine,
To make the Dream become alive.

One Person's Heart

Of all the things I try,
I try to love most of all.
Of all the things I hate,
It's not being loved in return.
But so long as all are safe,
My Heart is calm and serene.
All I wish to do
Is touch one person's heart.
Yet it seems, though I try,
Selfless Heroism has it's price.
A price that never ends,
Whiule it always changes,
It never decreases.
The price of neglect and disrespect
Trails my loving way.
Why does all this hate
Become the price I pay?
Yet, as I said before:
My soul is quiet and tranquil,
Despite dissapointment, grief or pain,
If I can make the difference
In one person's heart.

Tomorrow

Tomorrow may be just another day,
Tomorrow may be just a day away,
But Tomorrow is different day.
Tomorrow's light is a brighter ray.
Tomorrow will be a time to say:
"The Time has come, for Tomorrow's Today!"
And when Tomorrow's gone and run away,
Another Tomorrow comes it's way
And a new Hope can come like morning rays.
There'll be time to work, and time to play
Chances come every Dawning of a Day.
Tomorrow comes. Things are Okay
Tomorrow is just a Day away.
You may not think you're quite ready,
But look foreward to Tomorrow.
Because Tomorrow is a different Day.

Triumph

The times have changed, and so have I.
If you knew me now like you did back then,
You would see I'm better than I've ever been!
I'm no longer down, I'm no longer low,
Now I feel like I could almost fly!
But you don't know me anymore.
So just stop right now, I've heard it all before!
You have no say, you have no place,
So get out of here, get out of my face!
I don't need your weak advice, I don't need your lies,
You have no place, nor right to sympathize.
I don't need your comfort, I don't need your games.
From here on out, I'll make my own claim to fame!
You don't know what's in my heart!
You want to be involved right from the start?
Well, be careful what you wish for,
You'll get more than you asked for!
So take all you get, or alk out that door!
The time has come to make myself free!
The time has come to be all I can be!
I won't let them make a fool out of me!
The time has come for my victory song,
If you think you can take it, you can come along,
Because I'm on my way and no-one can stop me!
No matter how hard they try,
No one can dissuade me!
I'll get my Victory, just stand back and see!
I'm running out of time, and now I've got to shine!
The Triumph will be mine!

Untitled V

Patience is wearing thin.
My life has gone to chaos.
I deal with so much trial
And my sould groans within.

Everything that I do
Never seems enough.
I am beaten, and forgotten
When I try to help things through.

Neglected, mocked, scourned,
I am hated for loving.
I try to show them Roses,
They throw back at me the Thorns.

What do I do wrong?
I try to do my best,
Yet, all the while
I am left to be alone.

Yet, I must persevere;
Take what comes my way;
Live and endure to the end,
And cast my tears away.

Press on with faith,
I will do as I have done.
Soon enough, though it seem long,
The victory will be won.

I Won't Wait

I will not sit idle.
I cannnot stand by
While the world waits for a Hero!
Who do they expect will come?
Someone in cape and mask?
I cannot, will not,
Wait for a Hero
Who may never come.
They say that a Hero can save us,
I'm not going to stand here and wait!
I will do what needs to be done,
Or at least do all that I can.
A Hero may be the one to save us,
But when will they come?
I won't wait any longer.
Something must be done.
So, I will take the risk,
And jump into the fray.
And will all my courage and strength,
I will try to save the day.
I could never live with myself
If I knew that I could have been the Hero,
But refused to answer the call.
And so, when a Hero is needed,
Yet, none can be found,
I will do all that I can
To be the Hero
And make sure
That all is safe, and all is sound.
I...won't...wait.

How I Became a Hero

How did I become a Hero?
I wasn't always like this.
Things used to be alot more simple,
But then, I wasn't happy.
I was a nobody, unaccepted, unwanted,
Invisible to those around me.
Nobody cared, nobody noticed
Nobody loved.
But something then happened,
Exactly what I do not know.
I found myself a Hero,
Saving the day, swinging through
The City which is life.
I became suddenly noticed, honoured, favoured
And more importantly,
I was loved.
But I did nothing mroe than what
I felt was right to do.
I took those gifts which were given me,
And followed the path which my heart led me.
So what exactly made me a Hero?
I was given gifts, yes.
But it's what i did with those gifts
And how I percieved myself
That made me a Hero to myself
And to those I love.
Because what more is a Hero
Than he who does what needs to be done
By following his heart,
And loving those
He is a Hero to?
How did I become a Hero?
I took what gifts were given me,
And used them to show love
To those around me.
And I went from being invisible...
...To being the Hero.

What lies ahead?

What is to become of me?
I don't know if the world ahead of me
Is too much burden to bear.
What am I to expect?
To embark on a journey, leaving everything behind,
Yet returning to nothing?
What trials will come my way,
And will I be strong enough to defeat them?
What, indeed, shall become of me?
I do not know, yet I fear the worst.
But as I fear the worst,
I embrace the beautiful and best.
But I do not know what lies ahead
And what I may face,
And what shall become of me.
That
Is what I fear the most.
I am afraid. Of that, I cannot lie.
Nor will I think of such a lie.
Because to claim you are not afraid
Is the purest form of Pride.
And we all know that
"Pride cometh before the fall".
But how to conquer this fear?
All I can think of is to face it.
Face it, conquer it,
Or at least die trying.

World Remedy

A new Day-Dawn id breaking.
A new Millenium begun.
And as we look ahead
We must stand strong.
So many children crying
Asking what is going on;
Wondering why
Their families are gone.
Neighbourhoods are crumbling;
The World is sick with War;
The Human family
Is ripped and torn.
And as we look around us,
We see a world all beat and worn
As it waits for
A new-age to be born.
But that can never happen!
We will never see that Day,
Because we're the ones
Who made this World this way.
Now, we must stand together,
With Harmony in Voice,
And show the World
How we will make the Choice.
The Time has arrived
For us to decide
Just what we're gonna do
To make the change!
The World hasn't died,
Though it doesn't quite shine.
She would cry
If She but had a voice!
We changed the World once before
But it turned out for the Worse,
And now we deal with
A self-inflicted curse.
But a remedy is coming!
A new people, bold and strong.
We won't let
This tradgedy go on!
Because now we stand together
With Unison in Voice,
And we'll try to turn
All these sorrows
Into Joys!
The Time has arrived
To lay aside all out Pride,
And do all that we can
To make the change.
We may not know how,
But it's gotta start now!
We need to do something
To make the change!

Untitled I (Victory at last)

The times have changed, the tables have turned
Youre now about to get
What you've always deserved
You strive all your life to achieve a single goal
And now you'll get
Because you've given your all
You have dreamt the dream
And now the dream you shall live
You've done and given everything
It's now the world's turn to give
The time has come for you to win

Pain

Pain,
Ever present, ever constant
Dull and Sharp
Fleeting and Remaining
It will be there
Always and ever
Whether physically or emotionally
Pain is a process of trial
Reminding us of how things are
Without it
We are reminded of the comforts
Which we take for granted.
Look not upon pain
As something that should not be
Look upon pain as something
That has been
Will be
Must be
And
Should be.

Dreams

Within these dark, and dreary walls,
A Dream is Dreamt, while another one falls.
the dreams, they say, can never be real,
But reality is but only what one feels.

So if one feels a dream is real,
Then real that Dream shall be.
For the forces of ambition and zeal
Are virtues which can set our Dreams free.

Dreams will come, Dreams will go,
But a man will reap only what he has sewn.
Dream your Dreams, set out a plan,
Fulfill your Dreams, because you can.

Fulfilling a Dream, nothing rewards more.
Not Gold, nor Silver, nor Land,
Nor anything that can be placed in hand.
But the Honour of doing what you dreamt before.

Dream your Dreams, Live your Dreams,
Because there is no life without your Dreams.

The Dark Times of Life

Life is not always full of joy and light
For round every corner is a new trial
A trial in which we wish not, but must fight
Or Walk a path with many a-painful mile.

The dark times are many, and seem
To out shadow the times of light.
The kind of dark found only in dream
While you silently lie asleep in the night.

Although the Dark times are many and countless,
When the times get tough and the light dies away,
Try to remember through pain and stress,
The Darkness of night, will soon turn to day.

For Dark Times shant last
For the light shall shine through
And disperse of the shadows
Which seem to haunt you

This I, to you, reverently declare
That the times of Dark and Despair
Will have just some light, even as the moon
Lighting you, showing you, it will be over soon.
